Queen Creek actually runs one of the better bulk trash programs in the East Valley: free monthly bulk collection by request for residents on the Town’s trash service. So when a remodel wraps, the natural move is to stack the debris out front and book a pickup. Here is where it comes apart — Queen Creek’s bulk program has both a hard volume cap and a materials exclusion list, and a typical remodel breaks both at once.
The two limits that catch people
1. Six cubic yards a month, total
Queen Creek caps bulk at 6 cubic yards per month — roughly a 4 ft x 4 ft x 10 ft pile. That sounds generous until you measure a real demo pile. Strip the tile and carpet from one average room, add the underlayment and the old vanity, and you are already crowding that cap. A kitchen gut blows straight past it. And it is a monthly allowance, not a per-pickup one, so a big project means rationing your debris across months while it sits in your garage.
2. Construction materials are excluded outright
Volume aside, Queen Creek’s bulk collection does not accept construction materials — concrete, pavers and brick are specifically named. Also excluded: refrigerators and freezers, tires, motor oil and batteries. The accepted list is built for household life — furniture, large appliances, household garbage, cardboard and yard debris — not renovation output.
Put those together and the picture is clear. Your old sofa is a fine candidate for Queen Creek bulk. Your demo pile of broken pavers, mortar-backed tile and cabinet carcasses is not, at any volume.

Remodel and demo debris
Ripped-out tile, torn carpet and pad, old vanities and countertops, drywall scrap, cabinet boxes, broken pavers. Heavy, sharp and awkward — and the exact category the Town excludes. We load it from wherever it sits, sweep up, and haul it off. No dragging it to the curb, no waiting for a collection window, no dump run in your own truck.
Move-in box and packaging cleanout
Queen Creek is still absorbing new-build closings, and every one of them generates a garage full of flattened boxes, foam blocks, plastic wrap and pallet scrap. Curbside recycling caps out on that volume immediately. One stop clears the whole garage so you can park in it.
Garage, acreage and monsoon debris
Queen Creek lots run big, and big lots collect things — the previous owner’s leftovers, a dead shed, an old swing set, fence panels. Monsoon season (June 15 through September 30) adds snapped branches and shredded palm fronds. Yard debris within the cap is fine for Town bulk; the fence panels and the shed are not.

We price by the volume your load takes in the trailer, so you pay for the space you use, not a flat dumpster rental sitting in your driveway for a week:

- 1/4 trailer — $289 (about 120 cu ft)
- 1/2 trailer — $389 (about 240 cu ft)
- 3/4 trailer — $479 (about 360 cu ft)
- Full trailer — $579 (about 480 cu ft — a 16 ft trailer, roughly 17.8 cubic yards)
For scale: our full trailer is close to three times Queen Creek’s entire monthly bulk allowance, in one visit, with no exclusion list. Heavy material — tile, concrete, dirt, hot tubs — we quote on site first, because weight matters more than volume there. And we are donation-first: anything still usable goes to Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity ReStore before it ever sees a landfill.
What we will not take
Straight answer: no paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires with rims, or medical waste. Those need specialized disposal and we would rather tell you now than on the driveway. Everything else out of a normal Queen Creek remodel or cleanout, we handle.
