Can I get junk removed today in Phoenix?
Yes — if you call or text by about 3pm on a weekday or Saturday, we can usually fit you into that day’s routes anywhere in the Phoenix Valley. Between 3pm and close (7pm) it becomes a coin flip, and if today’s genuinely full, you’re first out the next morning.
Almost anything we haul qualifies for same-day: furniture, appliances, garage piles, yard mess, move-out leftovers. The rare exceptions are jobs that need special scheduling — think hot tub demolitions or full estate cleanouts — and we’ll tell you on the first call if yours is one.

- Know your gate code or parking situation and text it with the address.
- Unplug appliances and empty the fridge/freezer if there’s time.
- Decide the maybes in advance — “point and it’s gone” is the fastest job we do.
Does same-day junk removal cost extra?
No — same-day costs exactly the same as booking a week out, and there are no rush fees, ever. You pay by load size, all-inclusive (labor, loading, disposal), whether we come today or Tuesday.

What’s the latest I can call for same-day pickup?
Around 3pm is the practical cutoff for a strong same-day chance, Monday through Saturday. Call between 3pm and 7pm and we’ll still try — routes sometimes open up late — and if today’s full, you’re first out tomorrow morning at 7am.
How the day is routed: morning texts get slotted first, then we fill gaps between scheduled jobs as trucks free up across the Valley. That’s why the photo matters — a firm quote in hand means we can drop you into the next open slot without a site visit.

Is there a rush fee for same-day junk removal?
No — never. Same-day pricing is identical to any-day pricing: from $95 for a single item to $579 for a full 480 cu-ft trailer, all-inclusive. If a company charges extra just for coming today, that’s a them problem.
How fast will I get a quote after texting a photo?
Usually within minutes during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm). The quote is firm, not a range — what we text back is what you pay, and it locks in your spot for the next available window.
How do the 2-hour arrival windows work?
When we book you, we commit to a 2-hour arrival window — say 1pm–3pm — and the truck arrives inside it. If a route shifts, we tell you before the window opens, not after it closes.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not necessarily — if the junk is in a garage, side yard, or curb we can reach, and we’ve confirmed the price by text, you can pay remotely and we’ll send before-and-after photos. For inside-the-house pickups, someone does need to let us in.
Can you do same-day pickups at apartments and condos?
Yes — apartments, condos, and high-rises across Phoenix are fair game, stairs and elevators included. If your building needs a loading dock reservation or elevator pad, mention it in your text so we can time the window around it.
What happens if you can’t fit me in today?
You go first out tomorrow — we open at 7am, and unclaimed morning slots go to the previous day’s overflow before anyone else. Your quote doesn’t change and your photo keeps your place in line.
